1.Can we do our own design ?
Yes, any customized design are accepted here , just please show me
your deisgn or your logo , and then, we will make the sample as per
your idea .
2.Can i do the mixed order ?
Yes, no problem , but mixed order is just for Stock items , and we
have several thousand stock items for your reference , small
quantity each design also will be ok .
3.How can i know whether you can make the right design ?
For custom order, first , we will make the drawing picture as per
your design / idea , and them send the drawing to your confirm, you
can change it and until you said the drawing is ok , we will make
the mold as per the drawing picture and show you , after your
confirmation, we will arrange mass
production.
4.Can i get some samples ?
Yes.
For stock items , the sample prepare time is 1-3days
For no stock items / custom items , the sample prepare time would
be 7-10 days
And sample fee could be regarded as the products cost when you
place the order .
5.When can i receive the goods ?
Usually, for stock items ,the delivery time is 5-7 days and for no
stock items/custom items,the delivery time would be 10-20 Days.

7.I only want to buy small order for testing. Is that OK?
Yes! Small order is acceptable. Usually we deliver our goods by
DHL,UPS, FedEx etc. for the small orders.
8. Can I get samples first before we give order?
Yes, free samples are offered. We will first make drawing according
to your design, and then we will make free sample to you.(Mould fee
and shipping fee will not be included).
9.When will make delivery ?
Sample Order: 2-3 days after receipt of the full payment. - Order:
7-15 days after receipt of the deposit. (depending on order
quantity)
