We offer free sample for our customer, but only for stock items,
you only need to pay for the shipping cost, the sample preparing
time is around 3-5 working days.
3. Can you accept my design order?
Yes,your design are accepted! OEM&ODM service is also
available.
4. What is the material of product? Is it safe?
Our material is eco-friendly, it made from high quality acrylic
fiber, the safety approved by EN71, BPA free, etc. Test report can
be provided when you place an order
5. How to ship the package?
Our product can be shipped by air/express (UPS, DHL, Aramex, Fedex,
etc).
6. Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
Yes,there are two options: 1) Send your label design to us and we
make them for you. 2) Send your finished labels to us and we put
them on the goods.
7. Do you off the guarantee for the products?
Yes, Our QC team will control and test the quality according to
your requirement in the production. And
you also can ask your third party testing company to test the
quality when finish the production.
8. What’s your payment policy?
For new design products, charge mold fee one time and refund it
when accumulated orders 20,000pcs.
For ordered sample with private logo, will charge logo mold fee.
For mass production, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
